Large meeting space with carpet and attached full kitchen. Close parking. Food and drink is allowed, but there is a $100 stain removal fee if a new stain is made. Three bathrooms located in lobby.
Standard Setup is 150 chairs and 15 rectangle tables.  Additional chairs or tables available for a small fee. Rental period is 24 hours with lodging, 12 hours without lodging.
