Maintenance Supervisor

Paco Navarrete has lived in Kansas City since 2010.  That same year he started his ministry at Three Trails Camp and Retreat Center by working as part of the camp’s Summer Staff.  Because Paco is a hard worker, quick learner and enjoys being challenged, when a full time position opened he was the perfect fit to join our team and has been an asset to the camp ever since.  Paco is often found helping others and loves serving.  In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with his friends, going for drives, and exploring Kansas City and all it has to offer. A proud Chicagoan, and Cubs fan, Paco likes to spend time with family and friends.  Paco is passionate about his Mexican heritage and often shares that excitement with others through cooking authentic food and sharing knowledge and insight about his culture with his friends.  Paco also enjoys doing DIY projects and is talented in woodworking.

Paco feels privileged to be working with The Salvation Army at Three Trails Camp and is excited to meet and serve future guests at our facility.
