Getting to Three Trails Camp should be a safe, fun and exciting experience. We feel that your child’s camp day actually begins the moment your camper climbs in the car, van or bus to camp. Transportation to and from camp must all be arranged online. To arrange van/bus transportation you will select the transportation option in your camper application. The transportation form must be completed for every camper regardless of their preferred transportation method.
You can bring your camper directly to Three Trails Camp.
Drop-Off
Registration and check-in is held on the lawn in front of the Oak Room between 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on the opening day of camp. Exact scheduled arrival times will be sent via email the week before each camp. Please carry any medications with you through the check-in process to give to the health care staff, but leave luggage in the car. After you check-in you will be able to take your camper(s) to cabins to drop off their luggage.
Pick-Up
PLEASE BRING A PHOTO ID WITH YOU TO PICKUP.
Pickup will begin at 10am on the last day of camp. When you enter camp, you will stop in front of the main office and a staff member will get your name and your camper’s name(s) and direct you where to go. They will hand back any medications that were turned in, as well as leftover Candy Shop money. You will pull around the outer road and stop at your camper’s cabin. Girls are in Brengle, boys are in Railton. No camper will leave campgrounds until they have been released by the cabin counselor. Cabins will be cleaned prior to leaving camp, and campers will be checked out of their cabins at that time. Please make sure that your camper has collected all his/her belongings before leaving camp. Once an individual has left camp, it is difficult to retrieve lost items Make sure the items you bring with you are well marked. If a camper’s personal items have been confiscated by staff (i.e., cell phone) make sure these are retrieved before departing camp.
Change in Pick-Up Person
